Job Description : President Marketing Export- for Leading Textile mill making various polyester blended fabrics in India Salary Range INR 60 lcs - 1 CR Per Annum Job Profile:- A proactive planner, strategist & implementer with a track-record of accomplishing business growth on a consistent basis. Proven competency in effective sales promotion as a part of brand building & market development efforts enhance product awareness Expertise in building, training and motivating the sales team towards setting new benchmarks in performance. Proven skills in achieving / exceeding targets, opening new and profitable product/services markets and setting up business operations in untapped markets Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity & initiative to achieve personal & corporate goals - Driving Sales Focus by ensuring uniform and robust processes to identify, track, pursue & win deals - Ensuring Top Line & Bottom line achievement through various product segments, Introduction of new customized products, aggressive pricing campaigns and Competitive analysis - Establishing Global Linkages & initiating Market Development Effort -Implementing competitive strategies for generating sales, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets - Managing business activities with a view to achieve business growth objectives / goals including sales volume and activating more customers by introducing unique products in the range- Organizing promotional campaigns; focusing on brand establishment & market penetration- Formulating & implementing strategies / policies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion
