Job Description : INTERNAL AUIDT MANAGER DUBAI FOR AUTO FIELD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS CA Finalist or M.com/MBA with Professional certifications such as ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA, CFE, CIA, CPA and CISA. A minimum 10 years of audit experience in internal audit or public accounting. Personnel recruitment, development, and retention experience. Internal control mapping, risk assessment, or maturity modeling experience. Fraud control testing. Experience managing and monitoring resources, engagement status, and deliverables. Experience interacting with all levels of management. PREFERRED SKILLS Continuous process improvement. Data analytics and visualization. Automated audit tools. Proficiency in planning, coordinating and executing integrated audits. Special project consulting. Financial Services or Information Technology sector experience. Experience performing root cause analysis in support of enterprise risk management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Recommends, develops, and implements, departmental policies and procedures, and ensures staff compliance. Responsible for maintaining department quality assurance and continuous improvement program. Design and execute complex risk based information technology, compliance, security, operational, and financial control audits. Create and maintain department documentation. Ability to create executive level documentation and presentations. Perform root cause analysis in support of enterprise risk management. Monitor status of risk mitigation. Contribute to company objectives as a subject matter expert (SME). Coordinate tasks with internal and external assurance providers and risk assessors. Consult on strategic project and process improvement initiatives.
