Job Responsibilities Coordination with Team for the day to day requirements of Banks on compliance Front Monitoring of the Asset Accounting and Project Related Points and Also Insurance MIS Coordination with for New Projects and related submission of Information like DPR and related supporting documents Coordination in the Legal and Valuation required for the Proposal. Funding related challenges and options and its action Plan. Analysis of the Financial Covenants as per the bank Sanction and the Projections submitted and Financial Statement Sales Targets as per the Projections submitted to Banks and its Periodical MIS and action Plan if shortfall. Coordination the Centralised Treasury Function Group Financial & Legal MIS PPT'S - Financial and Legal Secretarial including Treds Platform Challenges in the Stock Statements and coordination with the Plant Teams for its corrective Actions Stocks Audits and submission of QIS data. Analysis of the Financials of the Units for the Planned vs Actuals and Action there of. Coordination with the Team for the Legal Documentation / Disbursement Planning and its closing the Project to avoid any Debit and Credit Balances Project Report Review from the Finance Point of View - Pay back, ROI ,Amortisation Monitoring of the Asset Accounting and Project Related Points and Monthly Asset Addition Report including funded and Unfunded Assets Monitoring of Monthly Funds Flow with Actuals and confirmation from the Plants Account Heads and Plant Heads and challenges there of Coordination for data Preparation required for the Finance and Banking from the External Audit Point of View Creditors Age wise Analysis, to ensure Payments to MSME vendors are released within the time lines as per Law. Debtors Age wise Analysis and Recovery Planning and coordination with the respective cluster Heads. Vendor Debit Balances and to Monitor on Monthly basis to know the reason for the same its action Plan of Recovery if required go with Legal Action Coordination with Team for Submission of Data to Specialised Monitoring Agency - ASM and visits thereof. Planning for Reducing of the Cost of Funds Coordination for Preparation of Data to be submitted to External Credit Rating Agencies like CRISIL also to D & B
