Job Description : Head - Manufacturing HR & IR with one of the leading public limited company and renowned business conglomerate. Candidate will be responsible for leading manufacturing HR and IR portfolio for 10 plants for the organization across India. Must have experience of handling HR & IR functions of multiple plants across India. Position will be reporting to CHRO and all the Plant HRs will be reporting to this position. Experience required 15+ yrs and Age between 45 - 48 yrs. Regular Education, MBA - HR & IR / MSW Offered CTC would range between 1 Cr. Work location: Gurgaon
