10 yearsJob Description : OPERATIONS HEAD UAE FOR FINTECH his position will oversee the day-to-day operations, and broader CX function. Create processes and procedures to help establish the customer and merchant management system – assisting with online and offline onboarding, setup and troubleshooting issues. Set efficiency targets in place to ensure an effective customer care management system Enable the business to have structure in place to facilitate growth and expansion Assume responsibility to provide a seamless Customer Experience across the entire journey Create a multi-year strategy for operations, including areas to be outsourced, planning operational OKRs and constantly managing and reviewing broader processes At least 10 years in an Operational role with a leading FinTech or Technology startup Experience in scaling up a business, as part of a founding team ideally Must have a strong background in CX Experience with Excel and SQL is a strong positive Strong leadership skills, having a led a broad and diverse team previously
