Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO FINTECH NORTH INDIA well funded and well known Fintech company · Head the Operations and Credit function for the firm · Lead the overall operations for the firm at a Pan-India level · Manage a team of Operations heads to further scale the companies operations · Lead the risk function for the firm while heading the overall risk policy and risk framework · Manage a Team of Credit Head, Policy Head, Compliance Head in addition to Operations Lead · End-to-end responsibility of scaling, operations as well as risk · Work closely with the Founders and Board to achieve Organisation's vision · MBA from Tier 1 Institute is must (IIM A/B/C/XLRI/SPJIMR/IIFT/ISB/FMS) · Overall experience of 15+ years · Leadership experience of atleast 5-7 years · Extremely strong presentation as well as leadership skills · Well demonstrated leadership skills · Prior experience in Bank/NBFC/Leading Fintech in India · Leadership role · Work directly with the Founders and Board · Wealth Creation opportunity · Opportunity to head overall operations as well as risk function
