Head Accounts and MIS 

Job Description : Head Accounts & MIS with leading Logistics / Supply Chain Organisation for their Corporate Office at Mumbai.. Incumbent should be CA with min. 15 - 20 years’ exp. in day-to-day accounting field having knowledge of accounting, fund management, Cash flow Management, Audit handling banking and team handling. - To own responsibility towards the implementation and enhancement of the Accounting, Initiatives for all businesses. - Managing and overseeing daily operations, Monitoring, and analysing accounting data produce financial statements. Establishing accounting methods, policies, and principles. - Reviewing the accounting system to see improvement, automation, strengthening Internal Controls and ensuring implementation of the same. - Finalization of Financial Statements as per various acts. Consolidation of Financial Statements at Group level. - Timely completion of all Audit of all the Group companies. - Develop regular reporting processes to provide accurate and timely business and financial information. Timely MIS Reporting to Management of Group Companies. - Cash and Capital Budgeting - Fund utilization and Controlling. - Develop financial business plans and Revenue and Profitability forecasts for each of businesses. - To represent integrated Finance and work closely with all other functions to ensure seamlessness, alignment, and respect between the teams. - Develop Internal financial Reporting tools and systems to provide critical business metrics and operational information to the MD and make actionable recommendations on both Business strategy and finance operations. - Develop, implement, and monitor, Strategic and Operational financial metrics to measure performance of the organization. Understand company business model and Operations to devise financial strategies for sustaining the Organizational financial health while integrating the Indian Laws, Statutory Business, and Industry Norms. - Develop and utilize Cost benefit analysis, forward-looking, predictive financial models to provide insight into the organization s future operations and business plans. - Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external audits for all statutory audits and internal audits from compliances perspective. - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition, forecasting. - Prepare Business performance report on Quarterly basis with shortfall & recommendations. - Revenue collection from customer in timely manner. - Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and finalization of contracts. -Exp. in Logistics industry / supply chain / Manufacturing will be an advantage though not mandatory. - Thorough knowledge of statutory compliances and Accounting Standards. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders. CTC - Upto 45 Lacs
