Warehouse Manager

Job Description : Warehouse Manager Company - Bateel International Industry - Food & Beverages Location - Dubai, UAE Salary - Not Available. Warehouse Manager Reports to Supply Chain Director Job Purpose: To manage warehouse operations based on global warehousing standards (100% WMS roll-out, SOP roll-out, process excellence). Accountable for warehouse resource planning, Operational Reports and Order Fulfilment. Leading the Warehouse and Inventory teams. Key Accountabilities: WMS Roll-out across all warehouse departments Solution design and mapping of processes WMS UAT (User Acceptance Test) and implementation across non-food categories WMS Training and support to warehouse team after go-live Standard Operating Practices (SOP) creation and roll-out across Bateel Global Operations FEFO (First Expiry First Out) and Stock Management. Accountability of physical Stock, cycle counts of an entire warehouse in each quarter Signatory approval on any stock adjustments Monitor Warehouse Shrinkage and action plan to reduce the same Share with the operations team weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports related to stocks of Finished Goods, expiry stocks, WH productivity, and any needed reports People Management ( Inventory and Warehouse Team) Supervise warehouse operations team and inventory control team. Order Fulfillment to all Internal and External Customer (Boutiques/Cafes/ B2B/ Export/Franchises) Monitoring of fill rate on daily basis for Order Fulfillment Monitoring of discrepancy in delivery and defining preventive measures Assure that all system transactions are accurately captured and compliant with control policies and procedures Process Excellence and new projects Responsible for setting-up tools and processes to increase the efficiency of warehouse operation Responsible for new warehouse design and requirements for MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Training, Quality, Health & Safety Training and induction of staff Ensure updating communication boards regularly as per the internal policies and standards Assure safe working environment and immediately fix any violation to safety regulations Ensure compliance with all Quality, Safety requirements as per legal requirements & company policy Maintains a neat and tidy working environment, free from aisle obstruction, minimizing working hazards and potential risks. Responsible for the safety of all team members, reporting all incidents and accidents immediately to line managers. Experience requirement: · A minimum of 8 years of managerial experience within Retail/Food Warehousing Operations · Good Knowledge of WMS (preferably Navision) and ERP system Qualification and Licenses requirement: Bachelor’s Degree UAE Driving License Masters/Diploma in Supply Chain and Operations
