Job Description : FC INDIA Qualification : Qualified CA / CPA Exp. : 15+ yrs . Preference would be from manufacturing setup . Job Description : Experience in finalization of company accounts as per : 1) US GAAP 2) IND AS reporting Experience in setting up SOX Controls, review, reporting and compliance of SOX Controls. Exposure to Audit Management and Insurance area. Experience of Merger & acquisitions.
