Job Description : Head HR for a well-known financial services client in Mumbai. Looking to connect with HR professionals with the below key parameters: - 15+ years of hands on expertise & experience as an HR leader, covering the entire gamut of HR for both corporate + branches Pan India - Strong relevant expertise in leading HR in a Retail finance setup - Should have managed and led strategic HR initiatives as well as operations, with a strong people connect across levels & locations - Excellent mediator between management and employees, and ability to champion causes effectively and smoothly on behalf of both sides - Stakeholder management & the ability to mentor & build teams/programs across functions with leaders/managers
