Director Whole Sale

Job Description : Wholesales Director – Pharmaceutical Job Location - Dubai Salary - Upto AED 55K + Other Company Benefits Industry – Pharmaceutical Job Responsibilities: • Identify new business opportunities and new agencies / Products. • Open new markets and business channels. • Design and implement the strategy and budget for the wholesale business in UAE and Oman. • Ensure achievement of budgeted sales and profitability targets. • Ensure compliance with working capital policies viz. debtor and inventory days. • Implement the wholesale strategy by determining budget, product selection, pricing, stocking and performance targets (sales, revenue, profit margin etc.). • Liaise with Sales Managers to determine appropriate product mix, in line with consumer needs and market demands, and produce accurate purchasing forecasts • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in wholesale operations and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Ensure sales team performance management, training and retention. Experience, Skills & Competencies: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college / university. • Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Sales and Marketing from an accredited University is preferred. • Minimum 10-12 years of experience with demonstrable experience in sales, customer development and implementation of marketing campaigns, particularly in the healthcare sector.
