Job Description : CEO BANGLADESH Company- A leading FMCG Giant having global presence Job Location- Dhaka (expat assignments) Your role specifications The incumbent will hold overall P&L responsibility (top and bottom line) for Bangladesh Business. The job responsibilities will include: - Building the branded business and hence efficient direct distribution infra for the organization in Bangladesh - Oversee sales and distribution, marketing, Supply chain, manufacturing facility, p2p and commercial functions - Lead marketing activities, qualitative and quantitative market research. Liaison with advertising / media / PR agencies to prepare detailed marketing communication - Effective new product launches - Develop export marketing vertical - Responsible to grow Private Label Business - Build enabling systems, controls and processes across sales, manufacturing & commercial functions
