Job Description : KEY ACCOUNTS CONSULTANT LOCATION Dakar ROTATION Residential Status ROLE To provide expertise, advice and support to develop new business and operational implementation plans and associated service delivery processes, grow customer base and ensure customer retention. REQUIREMENTS 10 Years experience in OEM Industry Exceptional analytical skills Commercial After Sales Experience Consistently follow-up on prospective customers, commercial customers and key accounts Deliver services and/or products that create a culture which aims to meet or exceed customers' expectations in the business. Build sustainable relationships with customers that contribute to a culture of customer service excellence. Negotiate service level agreements with a view to building mutually beneficial client relationships. Resolve customer/client problems with the necessary discretion and guidelines. Participate and provide expertise to a culture of work centric thinking, productivity, service delivery and quality management. Participate in forums/discussions that positively contribute to knowledge improvement. Provide advice and support with the management of change and offer operational support where required. Maintain records of current customers, accounts, and other prospect customers to enhance sales and customer experience. Provide specialist advice to enable planning for value-added process improvements, initiatives and services. Provide specialist advice to identify and develop solutions to improve quality of processes and services
