Project Execution Manager

Job Description : Project Execution Manager - Asset Owner based in India, Qualification Full-time Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experience: - Minimum of 20 years experience in construction in any one field – terminal & tank farm / off-site & utilities of refinery/process. The candidate must have completed one project end to end as a Construction Manager. Should also experience in executing multi-disciplinary works at the site. Require hands-on knowledge of industry best practices (construction of bulk liquid terminals, pipelines, and port infrastructures like a jetty and mechanical/ electrical equipment to handle cargo). Project completion - monitor, control, supervise and ensure timely completion of all projects. Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, inspections of work – visual and through testing equipment/ methods, conducting regular site safety checks, etc. Periodic site visits, meetings with site teams, vendors & contractors to remove bottlenecks and timely completion. Multi-functional knowledge - civil/ mechanical/ electrical engineering, contractors’ administration, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, rate analysis, measurements, quality, billing & liaison.
