Thorough knowledge of Process Design, Scale up & Commissioning of Commercial plant. Experience on Process Trouble & Capacity & Debottlenecking. Innovative Skill for Process Improvement, Productivity Enhancement & Cost Reduction. Process Engineering/Technology Transfer Ability to Co-ordinate between R&D and Manufacturing . Analytical mind for quick understanding of various Problem at the shop-floor & Can freely discuss the problems at all levels
