Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO DUBAI A well-known F&B and nightlife group based in Dubai specializing in international cuisines and now expanding to showcase Asian cuisine concept in fine dining restaurants and nightlife. Job Description: · Work closely with the CEO and Executive Team in establishing strategic financial management of the organization. · Manage and develop all financial and operational reporting and controls. · Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the company’s business · Create the annual financial plan and have overall responsibility for budgets and forecasts, delivering accurate, transparent, and comprehensive financial reports for the organization · Ensure the organization is resourced with the appropriate skills, capabilities, systems, and processes Qualifications: · Possess MBA and/or relevant finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) · Must have 10 years of working experience; minimum 4 years as CFO or a Senior Finance Manager · Must have intensive experience in FnB industry in UAE/MENA · Strong people manager with experience of playing a significant role in a senior management team · Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
