Job Description : DGM PROJECTS NEPAL Qualification - B.E/B.Tech - Civil Experience - Minimum 18 years in Hospitality (5 Star) Project Management Position - DGM - Projects Location - Kathmandu, Nepal Company - 5 star hotel development company. The company owns more than a dozen 5 star properties in India and Nepal. Responsibilities: · Manage the overall Projects of multiple locations · Project Planning and Cost control. · Take full charge in execution of Interior and exterior · Distribute and share project function among team members · Responsible to ensure that the projects progress are as per schedule · Regular meeting with architects, civil consultants, contractors, suppliers and other related vendors · Design review · Take care of MEP · Regular evaluation of the projects work progress · Prepare BOQ · Follow up with F&A for vendors payment release · Monitoring the progress of the projects with Project Managers and Engineers · Evaluate the performance of other team members
