Head Accounts and Finance

Job Description : HEAD ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE OMAN FOR STEEL PLANR This position will be based at Oman in a steel manufacturing plant. CA with 15+ years of experience Head-Accounts & Finance required to lead accounting standards & operations in steel manufacturing plant. - Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and transactions in accordance with Corporate and Statutory requirements, regulatory guidelines and established accounting standards. - Ensure compliances with all statutory provisions related to accounts and finance, taxation, filing of returns, relevant company law etc. - Manage all banking transactions, payroll, vendor payments and accounts receivables. and other statutory organizations. - Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization. - Control over all monthly and other MIS, related to the company, to plant head and to other relevant officers in the group. - Overseeing the Techno Commercial aspects of the company. - Finalization of accounts. - Developing & controlling policies / SOPs for the accounts and commercial department. - Resolving contractual and commercial issues related to the financial matters of the company. - Creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. Desired Candidate Profile -CA with 15-20 years of experience in steel manufacturing plant. - Exposure in leading a finance & accounts operations team in large steel manufacturing setup in international markets. - Experienced in forecast financial business growth as one of the leading player in steel industry and make strategies for further action plan. d - Well versed with enterprise and reporting systems - Excellent Verbal & communication Skills
