Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER NIGERIA FOR RICE PLANT Spearhead complete production for a 24TPH Rice Mill Manage the settings & adjustment for optimized capacity of machine and better quality of rice produce. Operations, Parameter Setting, Calibrations & Maintenance of all Electrical, electronic & mechanical equipment’ Ensure timely maintenance of factory and plan step wise factory expansion Ensure proper handling of all the stock and processes and systems at all the times Efficiently manage and motive the team, contractors & laborers to get the best results Desired Profile: Minimum 15-20 years experience in Rice mill industry Atleast 5+ years as Plant Head independently managing productions and operations Should have fair command over English
