Qualification : Graduation+MBA/PGDM(top tier colleges) Full time Experience : 8-12 years Indepth exposure to work in Fintech, Consumer Internet,E-commerce, Insurance, Payment Wallet or similar financial background. Roles & Responsibilities: Driving Growth strategy for company’s product. Responsible for overall New User Acquisitions, company’s current & future growth, Partnerships & Product Marketing . Involved in market penetration, product development, market expansion and diversification. Built a Multi-Channel Media Mix model across TV, Performance, Digital Branding, Offline to arrive at the right combination basis different variables and goals Setup the Retention, Loyalty and CRM frameworks to create Habit forming Nudges, Early Retention improvisation, Purchase Drop-offs, Win-back customers Responsible for driving Growth via Strategic Partnerships which have a direct Brand Fit and higher scale CTC- 70- 90 lacs
