Job Description : Strategy Lead Location: Bangalore Offer CTC: 35 to 40 LPA Qualification: PG/MBA with 8-10 years of relevant and practical experience gained in management consulting and/or strategy department. Very good analytical and problem-solving skills Independence and drive to contribute own ideas Relevant experience in Consumer Goods Industry is an advantage Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies for positioning and developing SBU Vision Care Conduct market and competitive analyses Analyze and evaluate business opportunities and Support initiatives for key accounts. Identify, analyze and evaluate investment targets and strategic collaborations Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class strategic plans. Deliver Strategic Initiative Priorities (SPI) and monitoring implementation and measuring results Drive multiple types of market research and develop market insights and share implications with executive management Propose, lead or monitor cross-functional key strategic or operational projects as Project Management Office (PMO) Lead target screening initiatives, propose themes and strategic rationales, prioritize short-listed targets and drive for the management reporting and approval process
