Production Head

Job Description : Head of Production (Open to Expatriates) Reports to the Managing Director Location - Ogun State, Nigeria Salary - Highly Competitive Client - Top FMCG Multinational with presence in over 50 countries globally. Being an Engineering & Manufacturing functional role, the ideal candidate would be responsible for the production of quality products in the factory, with a view to achieving company’s objectives and targets as spelt out in the annual budgets, and on time to meet customer request and expectation. Other key responsibilities include: Develop and implement Manufacturing strategies and policies of the Company to meet set production target objectives and ensures customers satisfaction. Coordinate with all functions to ensure the delivery of production target. Ensure compliance with the Company QHSE Management Systems requirements to avoid associated risks for the process assigned. Keep abreast of current developments in manufacturing methods, operations management, equipment and materials related to company’s products and operations. Build and manage operating cost in line with budget. Ensure efficient utilization and control of Raw and Packaging Materials to achieve production target. Qualifications & Requirements Chemical Engineering or Food Technology with A MINIMUM of 10 years cognate experience in an FMCG outfit. A Masters degree is an added advantage.
