Key Accountabilities For The Role Include Liaising with BU MT teams to enable world-class customer engagement Driving Po1 agenda with global/ regional customers Sharing best practices in CDA negotiations/ supporting on conflict resolution with Global customers Leading regional projects to strengthen customer/ shopper engagement Qualifications/Requirements Key Skills/Experience Required Towering strength in communication, influencing & presentation skills Towering Strength in Conceptual Thinking and ability to cascade strategic frameworks into Sales operating systems and processes Strategic skills – Able to combine data, competitive landscape and Insights into strong business opportunities Pragmatic, ability to handle ambiguity, flexible with strong influencing skills Passion for winning in the Last Mile Execution Strategic skills – Able to combine data, competitive landscape and Insights into strong business opportunities Strong interpersonal skills for Senior Wiring / Top to Top and collaboration across multiple stakeholders ( Coaching individuals at different capability levels and appetite to drive world-class Customer Management capability within his team Pragmatic, ability to handle ambiguity, flexible with strong influencing skills Apply now and our recruitment team will be in contact!
