Position Summary: Interfacing with global vendors/suppliers and across departments. our divisions. subcontractors. clients, you will be working within our international Procurement team being responsible both for Tender & Operations Project materials. works and services to ensure all deliverables are met as per the Project Procurement Plan and requirements. You will make sure that all materials. works and services are delivered on time. on budgeted cost and meeting to the quality standards and ultimately contributing to the CPECC Projects efficiency and optimization. • Perform commercial and contractual analysis, schedule evaluation of bids and incorporate technical evalua-tion from Engineering/Project Control or E/M. QA. QC & HSE • aPraigtinpda:esLkdick off meetings with Suppliers, ensuring that all terms and obligations are clearly explained • Analyze csuprp)Zisv4zdnegr to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality • Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company. • Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost. delivery perforrnance, schedule and quality. • Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preferencing study. • Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data. • Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product. • Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets. • Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy. • Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements. • Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements. • Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions. • Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices. • Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement. • Support and promote the Company values while maintaining adherence to company policies and proce-
