Qualification : Graduation+MBA/PGDM(top tier colleges) Full time Experience : 8-12 years Indepth exposure to work in Fintech, Consumer Internet,E-commerce, Insurance, Payment Wallet or similar financial background. Roles & Responsibilities: Building Customer Success from the ground up in order to improve customer support operations .Creating a link between Customer Service, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations. Leading project to develop a single-view tool for customer assistance and a better user experience. Helped to grow a SaaS based company through expansion. Responsible for running & scaling customer success initiatives and programs to drive product adoption, revenue retention & growth. Adept in building and managing a high performing customer success team and being responsible for ensuring customers are realising maximum business value across the customer lifecycle with optimal utilisation of emerging technologies for SaaS based platforms in B2B and B2C segments. CTC- 70- 90 lacs
