Job Description : COO PHILIPPINES Senior Business Leadership Role - Profit & Loss Responsibility Major Industry Participant Food Processing/Refining Industry Experience is Mandatory! Attractive Remuneration Package! Location - Manila major participant within the Philippine Palm Oil Refining Sector. With the continued growth in the Business and the need to fulfil the Succession Planning requirements of the company, we seek experienced Food Processing/Refining Industry professionals/executives to join their team. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the role of COO will have direct responsibility for the efficient, economic and profitable operation of the company and its Palm Oil Refining Operations, consistent with the Company Vision and Mission. Your main responsibilities can be summarised as follows: • The company’s day to day administration and operations. • The strategic directions of the company ensuring successful operations and growth. • The company’s financial and organizational performance including preparation of budget and monitoring thereof. • The efficient management of the company’s business operations particularly its Palm Oil Mill and other related business units. To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will most likely have Degree Level qualifications supported with post graduate studies in Management. A career profile showing progression through the Food Processing/Refining Sector from either Technical, Engineering, Operations, Sales or Agri related roles to People/Business/Commercial Leadership roles is expected.
