Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER TANZANIA US$2,000 (Net Savings) Qualification CA / Inter CA Location: Dar es Salaam , Tanzania Age – 30 – 36 Years Only Description Role purpose for Finance: — Strong accounting and analytical skills to review the work of consultants. — Conversant with financial policies, procedures and systems. Background of Finance & Audit will be added advantage. — Providing corporate advice to the companies on various international matters relating to setting-up business unit — Able to prepare the Monthly Information System Report (MIS) and Conversant in preparing business plan or feasibility project for client. — Providing advisory note on various business transactions related to merger, de-merger and amalgamations. — Preparing DCF valuation of shares for various business combinations. — Preparing Due Diligence Report for the investors of the companies. Qualification — Must have technical / professional qualifications: — University Master and Bachelor Degree in Taxation and Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution is necessary. — CA or Inter CA or Its equivalent — Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of taxation and finance from any consulting firms.
