Finance and Accounting Head

Job Description : FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING HEAD INDONESIA In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, internal control, compliance, and automation. Directs timely and accurate preparation of financial statement and other related statistical reports in compliance with government and management reporting requirements Formulates financial planning policies, systems, and procedures for the operating companies and management services company Ensures preparation of financial performance reports for all levels of management Oversees preparation of budget of the operating companies and management services company Provides upfront leadership in supervising all direct and indirect reports and planning for their career advancement Must be a CPA holder Experience in Project Management Strategy and business acumen – strong critical thinking and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English language Ability to work comfortable in a cross-functional setting
