Operations and Maintenance Engineer

Job Description : O & M ENGINEER DRC 20 yrs experience Diesel generator operation & maintenance contractor , Cummins , Caterpillar, Perkins • Installation & commissioning of 3 x 2 MVa Dg set • Prepare & Implement preventative maintenance for all installed DG set • Maintain overall DG Set back up power plant availability up to 100% • Train local technician for operation & maintenance of Dg set • Monitor & Control the Diesel consumption of Generators • Spares planning & avoid shortage of spares & consumables • Maintain the specific diesel consumption of each Dg set • Control the spares & consumables inventory • Eliminate repetitive breakdown maintenance by 100% • Operation & maintenance of 2 Mva or above capacity of Dg set • General Inspections, regular maintenance • Diesel Engine Overhauling, maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of Mechanical & electrical problems.
