Job Description : CFO UAE "Chief Financial Officer/CFO "to perform effective financial management and plan the organization’s financial strategy A CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from corporate finance, banking operations, Returns of investment, capital budgeting, capital structure, Valuation …. etc. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative group of companies of the organization will be under their command. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits, increase the long-term profitability to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. Responsibilities · Direct & facilitate the preparation and consolidation of the financial statements for the group. · Guide and motivate subordinate staff so that they perform to the best of their ability and produce quality work. · Monitor and manage company performance against approved forecast, budget, business plans and other appropriate benchmarks. · Manage the cash-flow according to the approved budget to adhere the company objectives and goals in compliance with the requisite guideline and time targets. · Establish and maintain effective relationships with the banks and other financial institutions to secure needed liquidity at best process when needed. · Decide on the investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks. · Maintain effective management of the company’s financial resources to satisfy company’s commitments to shareholders and creditors. · Perform risk management by analyzing the organization liabilities and investments. · Support senior management with data, analyses, information, knowledge and advise. · Develop and implement strategy for raising funds for major projects aiming at minimizing the company’s exposure to risks. · Ensure full adherents to the related laws, regulations, and internal policies in all finance activities. · Assess the group tax position aiming at maximizing the overall tax benefits for the group. Job Requirements · Proven experience as CFO, finance Director or relevant role for least 5 years in corporate enterprises. · 18+ Years of experience in finance · In depth knowledge of corporate finance, capital management, cashflow, stock value, and corporate funds …. etc. · Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods · Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software · Ability to strategize and solve problems · Strong leadership and organizational skills · Excellent communication and people oriented · CFA is a strong advantage · BSc/BA in Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
