Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER NIGERIA FOR AGRO CHEMICAL COMPANY Must have experience of Project Management - Setting up of at least one Plant of similar nature/complexity having a budget of about USD 10-12 Million Must have experience of Plant Operations - Worked/working as Production Manager /Factory Manager in a Agro /Fine Chemical company Role: Complete Project Management - setting up plant and running it later. Scaling up Chemical process to commercial scale, lead process & technology transfers Preparation of Project feasibility and concept design Coordination with external process/engineering consultants for plant process design and detail engineering Lead the ordering process in consultation with Procurement & Group subsidiaries Manage the project schedule and planning of activities, budget/expenditure tracking, forecasting Manage multi-disciplinary project execution activities Handle Pre-commissioning activities and stabilization Create Factory Organogram and build operation team in coordination with HR
