Sales Manager

Job Description : Sales Leader – Asia Pacific region ( Screen Basket division) Location : Dadra / Vapi / Pune Region : South Asia, South East Asia, Australia , Middle East Travel : minimum 50% of time Job Description : The job requires · sales expertise in selling spares and consumables in any B2B Engineering company, preferably from the Pulp and Paper Industry. · The candidate must have the ability to map the market, understand the competitive landscape, ability to grow sales with key customers but also show case the strength of good technology to small and medium scale paper mills to improve operational efficiencies. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Define, build and drive strategic plan of capturing majority share of screen basket business · Design multifaceted B2B go-to-market campaigns to increase brand and product awareness, as Travel across the region to understand customer requirements, pain points and offer the right solution · Work with Capital equipment Sales division to bring new enquiries for capital sales as well. · Ability to showcase customer the ROI of investing in proven technology · Determine replacement screens required, according to inspections of old ones, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions and drive the sales accordingly Look over the different accounts with screens in place and determine what part is needed Use knowledge of machines and equipment to discuss the use and features of our offerings Required Qualifications · Bachelor or Diploma in Engineering · Masters in Marketing will be considered additional qualification · Operational experience in paper mill will be an asset · Minimum 10 years of experience preferable in Pulp and Paper industry · Good communication skills to manage international customers in Asia Pacific region
