Job Description : Executive Director, Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceuticals) Location: Lagos Salary: Negotiable I am looking for a high- performing Executive Director Sales & Marketing. The successful candidate will meet my clients global customer acquisition strategy, drive brand building, brand growth, revenue and profit growth objectives. S/he will be charged with the following responsibilities: . Lead the Sales & Marketing team by developing and implementing plans to meet the Company’s projected objectives. · Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers. · Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes – Good industry knowledge with a view to use same to ensure the success of the Company. · Ensure establishment of Sales territories and targets, manage budgets and evaluate performance. Requirements: · A Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or in any of the Biological Sciences could be considered. · MBA (Marketing). · 18-20 years of Sales Experience at a Senior level. · At least 3-5 years experience in marketing of both Ethical, OTC and FMCG products shall be added advantage. · Ability to read Financial Statements.
