Job Description : HEAD OF FOOD ( EXPATS ONLY) NIGERIA Looking to pilot new projects to give Lagosians safe, fast and reliable service. Looking for rock stars to take over the entire initiative of market research, running full scale test pilots and finally building/scaling the project by understanding the market requirements and test pilot projects to target the respective market. Work with respective departments and government agencies for regulations, build the entire project till launch. Job Dimension The Head of GFood role is a key member of the senior management team and he/she will report directly to the CEO figuring out exactly how to drive business leads for GFood, customer satisfaction and retention, as well as driving profit to achieve the company’s ambitious goals Key Responsibilities · Build GFood as a standalone vertical doing thousands of deliveries daily · Get 95% customer satisfaction on deliveries · Ensure Positive NPS for Merchants and riders on GFood · Bring innovative solutions to tackle food reach to millions of people in Nigeria · Ensure 70%+ customer retention on GFood Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. At least 8 years relevant experience in a similar role. Previous tech startup experience is required. MUST HAVE SKILLS · Creative with an innovative mindset that is constantly looking for ways to improve things, · Ability to think strategically · Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and flexible work style. · Experience working with cross-functional teams · A very good communicator. Strong presentation, listening, written and verbal skills. · Attention to detail. · Professional and proactive work ethic. · Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. · Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies · Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines · Should have a strong moral code and sense of ethics
