Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER UGANDA 10+ years experience Finance Manager at Uganda (East Africa) 1. Hands on experience in a complex manufacturing industrial sector. 2. Should have headed a team of at-least 15-20 people and able to handle whole commercial activities and day to day commercial operation of the company. 3. Should be able to deliver on time all daily, monthly & quarterly reports. 4. Should be pro-active in approach, be a problem solver & team player. Key Responsibility 1. Make & finalise monthly financials. 2. Efficient working capital management, including Debtor management & recovery. 3. Should be able to do financial projections and budgets. 4. Proficient in making Cash Flow, Feasibility and Project reports, making business plans, dealing with bankers, MIS, focus on Cost reduction etc 5. Should be able to handle all tax matter and dealing with revenue authority and other government agencies Qualification: CA/CA-Inter Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
