Operations and Maintenance Head

Job Description : Head of O&M Water/Business Development - Saudi Arabia Location: Riyadh or Jeddah, KSA or Dubai, UAE (SAR 60,000 - SAR 70,000 pm + benefits) We have a vacancy for a Head of Water O&M to be a part of a leading organisation specialising in sustainable water management solutions. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of O&M is responsible for overseeing all O&M downstream water network and distribution projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in winning and nurturing O&M contracts for the Water industry and have experience in managing sales and marketing operations, devising business growth strategies for downstream water pipelines & networks, O&M Power and Water Services. Knowledge of the KSA market and a strong network of public and private sector within Water industry in KSA is essential. Mandatory Requirements • Bachelor's degree from an established university • Knowledge of the water industry including water + wastewater pipelines (downstream) • Minimum of 15+ years' of relevant experience • Must have experience with O&M contracts for Water projects in public and private sector • Strong BD and Leadership capability to develop KSA and further afield for the company
