Job Description : Chief Security Officer -Large Petrochemical/Refinery Lt Col./Full Col./Commandant from CISF with Ind. Exp. Responsibilities Developing & implementing a Strategic Security Programs & Managing the Physical Security & Assets. To foster a Culture of Security Awareness that Drives Behavioural Changes within the Organisation Building a Comprehensive Security Program that includes Physical Safety & Cybersecurity policies. Managing the Daily Operations of the Company to Identify Potential Security Risks & Room for Improvements. Fostering a Culture of Physical & Digital Security Awareness by Conducting Training Sessions & Communicating with Personnel. Managing, Evaluating & resolving Any Physical or Digital Security Incidents or Breaches. Presenting Risk Assessments & Improved Security Policies to Management Team Members. Working with Management to Develop & Implement an Appropriate Budget for Security Programs. Requirements: A Retired Army Officer with a Rank of Lt Col/Full Colonel or Commandant from CISF A Bachelor's Degree With Course in Safety Management Systems, or a similar field. 5-7 years' Exp.of Working with a Large Organisation Proficiency in Developing Physical & Digital Security Protocols & Procedures. Good Communication & interpersonal Skills. Exceptional Managerial Skills & the Ability to lead Large Team. Ability to Research & Stay up to Date with Security Trends, as well as Changing Government & State laws.
