Job Description : GM RETAIL CHAIN KENYA Leading Retail chain for footwear, bags & leather fashion accessories Job Profile: The position spearheads P & L responsibility with complete control of Sales, Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, HR and directly reports to Managing Director Conceive & execute strategy to strengthen company’s position PAN KENYA Look after brand & store roll out for the territory Will help the MD in identifying the fast moving & trendy products for sourcing Will achieve YOY value & volume targets Look after visual merchandizing and retail layouts Product & Sales training for store staff and sales team Keep a check on inventory and ensure proper management of warehouse Identify dead/slow moving items & plan to dispose them through various schemes Desired Profile: Candidates with more than 10+ years of Retail Industry experience Knowledge of leather/footwear Retail is highly preferred Must have handled a region with handling of more than 20+ stores Should possess good communication & man management skills besides having excellent command over English Should be ready to commit long term association Compensation: Net savings $2000 - $2500 + Accommodation + Car + Food + All Expat Benefits
