Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO BANGLADESH Chief Financial Officer (CFO) -Fabric Division Major Job Responsibilities: • Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting: • Closely work with Divisional COO regarding various operational and financial KPI's by coordinating with group F & A and C & B team. • Prepare and present monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss by division, budget vs. actual for Fabric Division • Formulate Variance Analysis report of the Profit & Loss for respective business units; • Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings. • Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget. • Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts; • Participate in weekly conference calls with Lenders, Vendors and Executive Leadership Team. • Financial Controlling: • Implement and report proper Controlling system for both financial and operational activities; • Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems • Cash Flow Management and Following up Cash Forecast; • Implement timely internal Controls and proper Finance Work Flow; • Monitoring and Controlling AP, AR, Production and Administrative Expenses; • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data and provide to reporting lines and business head; • Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation; • Financial Reporting • Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion. • Make sure to maintain Accuracy, Transparency and Control in Financial Reporting; Minimum Requirements: • M. Corn. in Accounting/Finance/AIS from any reputed University; • Fellow of Chartered Accountant (FCA) are allowed to apply; • At least 18 years of experience in relevant field out of which 4-5 years proven track record in finance controlling, leading an managing a large Group of Industries; • Excellent management leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages between Senior Officials and Management/ BODs; job Location • Dhaka
