Logistics Head

Job Description : LOGISTICS HEAD MUMBIA INDIA Coordinate with Shipping Lines and Forwarders to obtain the best possible Sea Freight and other charges for the cargoes planned to be carried. · Coordinate with CFS, CHA and Transporters to negotiate service rates for logistic services. · Appraise Management of the most economic and professional shipping services to utilize for the logistic movements of the cargoes. · Oversee the logistics / trade ops and documentation teams. · Coordinate with teams in loading locations to ensure bookings done on time to meet vessel schedule and loading equipment is provided on time. · Ensure and track all containers traded are loaded on time, and delivered to customer with completion of documentation. Desired Candidate Profile • Minimum 10 Years International Trading Industry experience. • Proven working experience in a reputed Commodities Trading Company, Freight Forwarding company or Container Logistics Company • Proficiency in detailing related to Sea Freight parameters and Shipping Documents is a must • Competence to build and effectively manage the entire container logistics for the trading of the company’s products • Excellent communication skills Qualification: • MBA – Operations/IB (Full Time) Perks and Benefits CTC Upto 24 Lakh
