Business Head

Job Description : Asean Business Head Location : – Jakarta, Indonesia Experience : – 15 – 18 years preferably in ASEAN market Qualification : – BE (MTech / Automobile) with 15 – 18 years of experience/MBA / PGDBA – Marketing Desirable : – Exposure to IATF 16949, Machining Knowledge Travelling : – Travelling required within Asean & India Function : – Management Job Purpose: – To lead Asean Business Operations, plan and implement aggressive strategies (short / long term 2025 & 2030) to achieve desired business revenue, market share and profitability objective in highly competitive business environment in ASEAN. Principals Accountabilities · Fully Accountable for complete business operations along with P&L responsibility in Indonesia & Vietnam. · Lead and prepare long term ASEAN business strategy growth plan for the period of next 5 years. · Analyze and understand ASEAN market to maintain the existing share of business, perpetrates SWOT to gain market share, grow revenue and profitability. · Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. · Involve in RFQ generation, pricing and negotiations through active participation and supporting business development of products. · Conduct detailed study of business contracts and examine risks and potentials estimating partner’s needs and goals. · Formulate business strategy and action plan for new product business acquisition, development and brand building through market peneteration. · Annual budgeting and ensuring the EBIDTA, ROCE and MFO achievement of entire unit across functions successfully. · Cost estimation, planning and finalization of new business in ASEAN. · Build & Nurture strategic relationship with key persons at customer end. · Capable to handle Local Purchase & procurement, HRGA, Legal and support Operations, Finance teams for smooth operations and efficient functioning of the unit in Indonesia. · Build & Nurture strategic relationship with key persons at local government & comp. authorities. · Coordinate with relevant officials in Group corporate to have right costing & pricing of products. · Coordinate with relevant officials in Group corporate to have approvals as per Authority atrix. · ASEAN 2WH Customer handling experience is must and 4WH experience ispreferable. · Forecast demand and prepare proper mapping of customer products. · Fully responsible for Domestic & Export Business with ability to Lead and grow the business. · Ability and intention to learn local language.
