Job Description : MECHANICAL HEAD SOUTH AMERICA FOR MINING COMPANY 20+ years experience · Project management Plant up-gradation project and resource mobilization - Handling of new project work. · Maintenance management - Design of maintenance plan with respect to equipment working condition and design · Plant reliability and equipment reliability - Continuous monitoring of reliability and trends. Ensure upwards reliability · CBMS and predictive Maint. Ensure with proper tools and system. Analysis of reports and immediate action plan for counter major. · 5S implementation and housekeeping Training to all employees for 5S and ensure implementation in workplace, store · Training and skill development - Continuous training to team and skill development · Manpower management and discipline - Selection of good people and working with high discipline, attendance system and accountability · SD management shutdown planning and execution of same with time management. · Material planning and management, inventory control - Material planning optimization, inventory control, consumable planning · Cost control and cost calculation - Maintenance cost calculation per ton of feed and control of same · Improvement project - Improvement project doing for reliability improvement and cost control · PM management - PM work with a checklist, defects list. Revise of PM from time to time. · Root cause analysis and final solution implementation RCA for breakdowns and ensure zero/repetitive breakdown · Reliability study (MTBF,MTTR) MTBF and MTTR calculation for all equipment and action plan for improvement · Accountability of work with time management Accountability of all work plan vs execution from the team and ensure time management. KRA and KPI fixing · Documentations and records keeping All docs to be maintained as per ISO · Plant availability Ensure plant availability above 96% · Safety and environment Ensure full safety standards at the workplace and take care of the environment. All safety standards for high voltage line and power system · Opex and CAPEX expenditures Calculation both the expenditures and adhere to same. · SOP and SMP Making SOP, SMP and training of same · Report production - Prompt in communication and action for daily, weekly, monthly production report · Liaising with EDM (Govt power supply) - Continuous touch with EDM team for better service · Power supply to camp, store and office Responsible for the power system to all area Desired Candidate Profile · Mechanical head with qualification BE, Mechanical · At Least 15 years experience in plant maintenance out of it 5 years for the position of mechanical maintenance head with good leadership. · Basics experience in bulk material handling plant including scrubber, log washer, screens, pumps, jigs, Hydro cyclone, Thickener, DMS, Perks and Benefits · Attractive US$ Monthly Salary · 63 days holidays in each calendar year · 3 leave passages, each 21 days · 3 air tickets to home country corresponding to 3 leave passages · Company-paid bachelor accommodation and food · Medical insurance as per company policy · Retirement pension plan 8.
