Business Head 
15 yearsJob Description : BUSINESS HEAD CENTRAL AFRICA FMCG in Central Africa. Job purpose:Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Business Head will be responsible for turnover growth and maximizing product potential of all the companys brand and beyond, by managing a team and activities in sales, marketing and logistics, and a direct management of key company accounts. Responsibilities: 1. Develops and executes strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts, to maximize brand potential and expand on the availability of our brands 2. Manages the entire sales and marketing department and team, and directly managing key customer accounts 3. Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise 4. Develops and manages sales & marketing operating budgets for all brands 5. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, social media, trade demonstrations amongst others 6. Maintain contact with key markets by visiting and investigating the operations and local conditions. 7. Evaluate and provide analysis to management for new products and international market opportunities 8. Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, plans and advertising or promotional programs 9. Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share Key Qualifications:1. Minimum 15 years sales/marketing experience in Consumer Food Brands (FMCG, a must)2. Minimum 2 years experience in milk and/or aseptic packaged beverages 3. A degree in communication, business, or marketing 4. Intermediate knowledge of financial planning and budgeting 5. Marketing Concepts (Above and below the line)6. Brand Positioning and Management 7. People Management8. Territory Management9. Sales Planning10. Strong Client Relationships management
