Country Head

Job Description : Country Head role for a US MNC in Power Distribution/Switchgear business based out of Nashik. This involves complete P&L responsibility along with managing site manufacturing operations. If you have 18+ years of experience as a P&L owner with exposure to manufacturing in electrical Industry (power distribution products preferably) Pure play sales profiles (NSM, Sales head , GM-Sales/BD) would not be entertained as we need a more holistic profile. The organization already has Sales Director in place who will report into this role.
