Logistics Head

Job Description : Logistics Head TANZANIA . In this position, you will be responsible for all supply chain management duties including fleet management, warehousing, fleet maintenance , planning routes. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail in order to oversee daily operations and logistics employees. In addition to having excellent organisational skills, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory systems. Responsibilities: * Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries. * Supervise logistics, warehouse & transportation. * Organise warehouse, plot routes. * Respond to any issues or complaints. * Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and Minimum Requirements: * 20+ years of experience in similar out of which minimum 5+ years on a senior position. * Experience working with Multinational FMCG Companies ideally * Certificate in Logistics or Fleet Management with good knowledge of the transport & logistics business procedures, road & transport regulations & vehicle maintenance preferred. Location - Dar es Salaam , Tanzania Salary - Negotiable as per the candidates experience.
