Job Description : STEEL FACTORY MANAGER NIGERIA CTC USD 16 PM Responsibilities: Scope · Manage And supervise e all Galvanization, Fabrication and Welding process. · The plant manager is responsible for ensuring that deadlines are met · Ensure all health and safety protocols are met 1. Job Specific Comments · Oversee operations to ensure safety · Develop plans that help operations run smoothly · Manage production · Create and manage budgets · Recruit, train and onboard new employees · Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste · Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes · Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement · Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage · Perform routine safety checks on equipment Requirement · Ability to produced 60,000-100,000MT per annum (5,000-10,000MT Monthly) of Galvanized steel Structures · 15 – 20 years’ experience in a European company involved in heavy infrastructure steel production · European preferably Italian · In dept knowledge and experience in, fabrication and Welding · In dept knowledge in hot dip galvanisation · Experience in oil and gas fabrication is an added advantage · Experience in fabrication of steel structures for train project for gas is required
