Sales Manager

Job Description : SALES MANAGER DUBAI An international player in the edible oils and fats business. Your role: The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in the oils & fats industry, with a specific focus on developing lines for speciality fats based on the market and consumer needs. You would study the existing markets across the Middle East and Africa region, channels and consumer needs. You would work closely with R&D in developing additional lines for speciality fats, helps address the gaps in the B2B segment, support expansion strategies, and provide strategic insight to reach revenue and growth objectives. Leading a team you would collaborate with different countries and work closely with the category and innovation teams. Pursue new markets segments, prioritise and measure performance. This role is location agnostic with frequent travel to the GCC. Qualifications Preferably an MBA with 10+ years in the edible oils and fats industry. Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads Strong communication and negotiation skills
