Job Description : GM SOUTH SUDAN 15-20 years experience To continue the growth and success of our Mobile Financial Services (MFS) initiatives and ensures sustainable market dominance in South Sudan. As an integral member of the Executive Management Team, the ideal candidate will be an accomplished and highly skilled leadership professional, with experience, capability and talent to lead the sales and marketing portfolio. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the position holder will define & Implement the Mobile Services Strategic & financial objectives by driving usage penetration and improvement of operational performance to meet consumer satisfaction and the overall business strategy · Responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic plan to · achieve business objectives, drive profit and champion customer experience. · Identify new and existing business opportunities to increase the growth of the · organization, promoting strong client engagement, retention and attraction · strategies · Identify and operationalize commercial market opportunities · Establish a structured multi-channel sales framework across the business · operations with a focus on building a high-performance sales culture · Working in partnership with the COO and Service Delivery team to enable · organizational objectives to be achieved · Maintain an up to date understanding of competitor knowledge, · contemporary practices and market opportunities · Responsible for effective financial management reporting & sales forecasting · Participate as an active member of the Executive Management Team · Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders both · internally and externally · Provide leadership, direction, mentoring and professional development to a · large team of experienced sales and marketing professionals · Communicate and report effectively to the Managing Director Demonstrate substantial experience in providing high level strategic and operational leadership within a large and complex organization. · Experience in identifying & developing new market opportunities. · Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. · Experience in staff development and values-based leadership · Profit center management within a large, multi-layered team · Strong commercial business acumen with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. proven track record in mobile money and/or banking operations, ideally in a Telco environment, Bank Payments, or Fintech, 7 of which should be in a Senior Management role · Experience in customer data and field visit experience to manage the day-to-day growth of the business · Knowledge of risk and regulatory of the Mobile Financial Services industry · Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous\ Salary, Accommodation with meals, Medical Cover, Annual Flight home, Air time, Transport to and from work.
