Job Description : Finance Manager Telecom company Job Location : Dubai Requirements: Must have CA/ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications 8 years and above experience as a Finance Manager within a diverse Group Holding organization Proven experience with Tax Knowledge of IFRS Responsibilities: Provide financial guidance and support to maintain financial health of the group Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses and reports to determine present and forecasted financial health of the group to the Senior Management Involve in strategic planning by producing reports and research on the company’s financial situation, as well as set short- and long-term financial goals. Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding and budgeting strategies Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles Ensure the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues Develop relationships with external contacts such as auditors, solicitors, etc. Manage and coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting, and reforecast processes Project Budgeting: manage and coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting, and reforecast processes Establish risk assessments and evaluation policies and processes May be required to visit the business partners or other third parties where necessary
