Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER AUSTRALIA 15-20 years experience 1. 15 - 20 yrs experience in Setting up Aluminium Fabrication factory, Including Machinery Equipments and personnel. 2. Managing the production line. Like Laser cutting, Bending, Fabrication and Welding shop. 3. Montoring Aluminium and Steel Components Fabrication and Assembly. 4. Delivery dates commitment. 5. Daily Reporting of production status to Production Manager. 6. Continuous Improvement in Process cycle time reduction. 7. Planned vs Actual hours consumption monitoring. 8. EHS system Implementation & Improvement. 9. Capable of interviewing and recruiting Factory personnel 10. To establish a quality Assurance system. Qualification & Skills- 1. Relevant Educational Qualifications 2. Precision Sheet metal manufacturing and Metal Fabrication Background. 3. Outstanding Communicator and Know how to engage and Take on direct feedback 4. A Natural Ability of Influence stakeholders and Build great relations with others. 5. Ability to manage changing demands. 6. Appreciate a Fast Paced Manufacturing Environment, ensuring attention to details and high quality standards for continued success.
